Working to:

  • Protect our Urban Growth Boundary
  • Preserve Ridgelines and Open spaces
  • Retain the best qualities of ourcity for future generations.

We support planning decisions through the following actions:

  • Current residents must be represented above special interest groups
  • We endorse elected officials & candidates that value the Mission Statement of Pleasanton voters
  • Balancing development with available infrastructure such as schools, water resources and traffic
  • Preserve open spaces and ridgelines as valuable resources
  • Defend Pleasanton's 1996 Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) put in place by the voters
  • Postpone all medium and large-scale development projects until after the impact of the approved 1,800 state-mandated housing units (RHNA) are acclimated into our community

Pleasanton Voters and residents retain their quality of life and higher property values due to:

  • Award winning public schools
  • A safe community
  • A quaint downtown with heritage buildings and historic neighborhoods
  • Ranking as a “Best Places to Live” city formed by slow and smart growth policies

Our Vision for Pleasanton

  • Protect our Urban Growth Boundary
  • Preserve Ridgelines and Open spaces
  • Retain the best qualities of our city for future generations.
